Sophie has a wonderful way of helping you let go of the day’s stress by beginning each session with calming breathing exercises, gently guiding you into the practice. Each class brings a fresh sequence of yoga postures including familiar ones like downward dog, plank, child’s pose, warrior, and more – always adapted to our pace and ability.
