I’m recently back from completing a further 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training.
I am very grateful to have had this opportunity. A wonderful experience and I’m very thankful to Steve and Joleen of Asia Pacific Yoga for their bottomless well of knowledge and support.
I’m looking forward to sprinkling new knowledge into my classes for everyone to benefit from.
New Classes:
Yoga in the Vines is back!
Every Sunday 9.30-10.30am from now until Sunday 7th of December, 2025. I’ll start back in the New Year on Sunday the 8th February,2026. Located at Le Gra Winery on Loopline Rd, Masterton. Located outside the wine tasting area. A gentle flow and beautiful way to start your Sunday and the week ahead.
I now have new evening class:
Held at the Fernridge School Hall on Upper Plain Road. Every Tuesday at 6-7pm. The last class of the year is on Tuesday 9th December, back in the New Year on Tuesday the 3rd February, 2026.
